Value chain

From raw material to your B2B batch

Four typical steps for our cold-pressed virgin oils in Morocco: sourcing from identified partners, preparation and control, mechanical extraction without solvents, then direct export with CoA and traceability on request.

  1. Sourcing at origin
Step 01 Partner growers · contracts

    Sourcing at origin

Raw material purchased directly from identified producers, without brokers: simpler upstream traceability, fairer pricing, better quality preserved up to the press.

  2. Preparation and sorting before pressing
    Step 02 Control · consistency

    Preparation and sorting before pressing

Inbound checks and preparation: only compliant material goes to the pressing line. This is the first quality gate before your lot.

    Control Lot by lot
  3. First mechanical cold pressing
Step 03 Folk Oils — press line

    First mechanical cold pressing

Gentle mechanical extraction, no extraction solvents, temperature-controlled to preserve fatty acids, tocopherols and sterols useful in your formulations.

  4. Packaging and international delivery
    Step 04 B2B export · logistics

    Packaging and international delivery

From our plant to your site: industrial pack sizes (IBC, drums, custom), export paperwork and execution follow-up—without an opaque chain.

    Traceability On request

Every batch can ship with a technical pack, sample CoAs and traceability suited to your audits. We typically reply within 48 hours.
