SAPINO industrial zone, Nouaceur — Casablanca. Ideally located 15 km from Mohammed V airport and 45 km from Casablanca port, our production and storage site enables optimal lead times to every continent.

Shipment preparation

Every shipment is prepared with strict cold-chain discipline where needed, packed in food- or cosmetic-grade sealed drums, and supported by full documentation: CoA, SDS, certificates of origin, EU Organic, ECOCERT, halal and other documents as required by the destination country.

We know international payment friction can slow or block trade, especially from emerging markets in Asia or South America where SWIFT transfers can be slow and costly. That is why Folk Oils multiplies options so every buyer, whatever their bank or region, can settle orders easily, quickly and securely.

All payments are processed transparently. We issue a proforma invoice before payment, a commercial invoice after settlement, and a payment confirmation receipt within 24 hours.

For new business relationships we require 100% payment with order. For regular customers with a validated purchase history, documentary credit terms (30 or 60 days) may be negotiated depending on volume and frequency.

Folk Oils never requests payment in unverified cryptocurrencies, gift cards or transfers to unidentified third-party accounts. All official bank details are communicated only on our signed and stamped proforma invoice.

    You send your request (product, volume, destination, preferred Incoterm). Reply within one business day with pricing and stock availability.

    Proforma invoice

    We issue a signed and stamped proforma with full details: price, volume, Incoterm, lead time, official payment coordinates.

    Payment & confirmation

    Settlement via the agreed method. Payment receipt confirmation within 24 hours. Order preparation starts immediately.

  4. 04

    Preparation & QC

    Packing in certified drums, final QC (pH, acidity, colour, organoleptics), CoA per lot. Labelling to destination standards.

Which documents ship with the goods?

What is the minimum for express shipment?

Express (DHL, FedEx, UPS, Chronopost) is possible from about 5 kg depending on product and destination — contact us for an exact quote.
